At Ghost Ridge, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🕒 Processing Time

• Hats (Self-Fulfilled): Ships in 3-8 business days

• Apparel (3-8 business days)

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

🚚 Shipping Rates

• Free U.S. Shipping on orders $49 and up

• Flat Rate Shipping: $6.90 for orders under $49

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout

🌎 Where We Ship

• We currently ship within the United States and abroad.

📦 Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update

📬 Delivery Issues

Ghost Ridge is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Lost or stolen packages after marked “Delivered”
